A drawing tells you a lot, but a real part tells you everything. We turn one-off and low-volume prototypes around quickly — laser cut, folded and welded in the same metal you'll use in production — so you can check fit, form and function before committing to tooling or a full run.
Why laser is made for prototyping
Because parts are cut straight from your CAD geometry, there's no tooling to pay for and no minimum quantity — a single part costs the same per-unit setup as the hundredth. That makes it cheap to change a hole position, tweak a flange or try two versions side by side, then cut the next revision the same day you decide.
And because we prototype in the same materials and on the same kit we use for production, the jump from a proven prototype to a batch is a straight line — no surprises when you scale.

Materials & finishes
Mild steel, stainless 304/316, aluminium and brass, cut up to 20mm on the fibre laser from stock or your own material. We can leave prototypes raw for quick iteration, or finish them properly — powder coated, brushed or grained — when you need a sample that looks like the final part.

Design-for-manufacture help
Bring us in early and we'll flag anything that'll cause grief later — bend radii, minimum flange lengths, hole-to-edge distances, weld access and finishing allowances — so your prototype is already on a path to a clean, repeatable production part.
