Built to last outdoors
Outdoor metalwork lives or dies on its finish. We design with weatherproofing in mind — sealed joints, drainage and no water traps — and protect every piece with the right system for the job: hot-dip galvanising for full corrosion protection, then a powder-coat top coat in your chosen RAL colour for a tough, attractive finish that lasts for years.
For coastal or exposed sites we'll specify stainless steel or an upgraded coating system so it keeps looking right where the weather is harshest.
Materials & finishes
Mild steel for traditional and painted work, stainless 304 and 316 for a modern brushed look and marine resistance, and aluminium where weight matters. Bar, box section, sheet and tube, with cast or fabricated detail to suit the style.
Finishes: hot-dip galvanising, powder coating across the RAL range (matt, satin, gloss, textured), brushed and grained stainless, and primed-for-paint where you'd rather finish on site. See our materials guide.

Site survey
We measure your opening or run precisely, check levels and fixings, and talk through styles, security and operation.
Design & quote
You get a drawing to approve and a fixed quote, including galvanising, coating and — if you'd like — installation.
Fabricate & finish
Cut, folded and welded in our workshop, then galvanised and powder coated to your colour, ready to fit.
Install or deliver
We can install locally around Andover and Hampshire, or deliver ready-to-fit for your own contractor.
Architects, builders & landscapers: we work to your details and drawings, hold building-regulation guarding requirements in mind for balustrade, and can supply ready-to-fit or fitted. A trade account adds contract pricing and a named contact.
