Cut-only profiles

Cut, bend & weld
Complete fabricated parts and weldments built to your drawing: enclosures, chassis, brackets, panels, frames and assemblies.
Batch & production runs
Repeatable batches with first-off approval and consistent results from the first part to the thousandth, scheduled to your call-offs.
Finished & ready to fit
Deburred, powder coated, fastener-inserted and inspected, delivered ready to go straight onto your line or out to your customer.
Overflow & backup capacity
A reliable second source when your own factory is at capacity or a supplier lets you down. We can step in at short notice.
Kitting & scheduled supply
Parts kitted by assembly and called off against a schedule or blanket order, so the right parts land when your line needs them.
Capability & tolerances
CNC fibre laser cutting up to 20mm mild steel, 20mm stainless and 15mm aluminium, on sheets up to 3000 × 1500mm. Three top-spec Bystronic press brakes provide flexible operator-led folding to repeatable bend allowances, with one robotic cell for suitable high-volume repeat parts. MIG, TIG and laser welding, with weld dressing where the finish demands it, plus in-house powder coating, complete the route.
We work directly from your CAD files, drawings and 3D models through our own connected ERP software.
Materials & finishes
Mild steel (CR4, S275), stainless 304 and 316, aluminium and brass, from stock or your own free-issue material. Finishes include powder coating across the RAL range, brushed and grained stainless, deburring and galvanising.
PPAP-style first-article sign-off, material certs and a goods-in inspection step are available when required. See our materials guide.
