What we take on

Outsource a single process or your whole sheet-metal package — we'll flex to fit your production.

Cut-only profiles

Flat blanks and profiles nested and laser cut from your DXF or DWG, ready for you to fold and weld in-house — fast, with no tooling cost.

Cut, bend & weld

Complete fabricated parts and weldments built on modern equipment to your drawing — enclosures, chassis, brackets, panels, frames and assemblies.

Batch & production runs

Repeatable batches with first-off approval and consistent results from the first part to the thousandth, scheduled to your call-offs.

Finished & ready to fit

Deburred, powder coated, fastener-inserted and inspected, delivered ready to go straight onto your line or out to your customer.

Overflow & backup capacity

A reliable second source when your own shop is at capacity or a supplier lets you down — we can step in at short notice.

Kitting & scheduled supply

Parts kitted by assembly and called off against a schedule or blanket order, so the right parts land when your line needs them.

Capability & tolerances

CNC fibre laser cutting up to 20mm mild steel, 20mm stainless and 15mm aluminium, on sheet up to 2995 × 1495mm. Three top-spec Bystronic press brakes provide flexible operator-led folding to repeatable bend allowances, with one robotic cell for suitable high-volume repeat parts. MIG and TIG welding by time-served welders, with weld dressing where the finish demands it. In-house powder coating completes the route.

We work to your drawing tolerances and call out anything that's tight to hold before we cut, so there are no surprises at goods-in.

Materials & finishes

Mild steel (CR4, S275), stainless 304 and 316, aluminium and brass — from stock or your own free-issue material. Finishes include powder coating across the RAL range, brushed and grained stainless, deburring, passivation, and arranged galvanising or plating where specified.

PPAP-style first-article sign-off, material certs and a goods-in inspection step are available for regulated work. See our materials guide.

How we work with you

Set up once, then order against a drawing pack or schedule with a single point of contact.

1

Send the pack

Email your DXF, DWG or STEP files with a drawing, material spec, finish and quantities — one-off, batch or annual volume.

2

Fast, accurate quote

Our team and bespoke software return clear pricing, volume breaks and a dependable lead time you can build into your own production plan.

3

First-off approval

For production parts we run a first-off for you to approve before committing the batch — your spec, locked in.

4

Run & call off

Order against a schedule or blanket order; parts arrive finished, inspected and kitted, ready for your line.

Already a trade buyer? A trade account adds volume pricing, priority scheduling, a named contact and 30-day terms on approval — so your subcontract work runs on rails.
