// bespoke metalwork

Made to your design, start to finish.

"Can you make this?" is our favourite question. From a broken bracket photographed on a phone to a full set of architectural drawings, we design, cut, fold, weld and finish one-off and made-to-measure metalwork in-house — so it arrives right first time, ready to fit.

What we make to order

If it can be drawn or described in steel, stainless or aluminium, we can usually make it.

Brackets & fixings

Custom brackets, plates, mounts and adaptors — including one-for-one copies of an obsolete or broken part you can no longer buy.

Furniture & interiors

Table bases, shelf brackets, frames, fire surrounds and feature pieces, made to your dimensions and finished to suit the room.

Signage & lettering

Cut metal logos, house signs, numbers and lettering in steel, stainless or brass — for homes, shopfronts and offices.

Architectural metalwork

Balustrade, screens, planters, canopies and feature panels for builders, architects and interior designers.

Machinery & guards

Enclosures, guards, trays, hoppers and frames for engineers and maintenance teams keeping plant running.

Restoration & repair

Replacement panels and parts for classic vehicles, agricultural kit and vintage machinery, matched to the original.

Materials we work in

Mild (carbon) steel for strength and easy finishing, stainless 304 and 316 for kitchens, exterior and marine use, aluminium where weight matters, and brass for decorative work. We hold a wide range of sheet and plate in stock, cut up to 20mm on the fibre laser, and we'll work from material you supply too.

Maximum sheet size 2995 × 1495mm. No minimum order — one part or many. See our materials guide for grades and thicknesses.

Finishes

Once a piece is cut and fabricated we finish it in-house to suit where it'll live: powder coating across a wide range of RAL colours and textures (matt, satin, gloss, hammered), brushed and clear-lacquered bare steel, or a natural raw-steel finish for an industrial look.

Galvanising and other specialist coatings are arranged where the job calls for it. Our finishes guide walks through the options.

How a bespoke job works

You don't need to be a CAD expert — bring us whatever you have and we'll take it from there.

1

Your idea

Send a CAD file, a sketch with dimensions, a marked-up photo or a sample part to copy. A clear description is often enough to get started.

2

Drawing to approve

We come back with a price, a lead time and a drawing or 3D model to sign off — the moment to tweak size, material or finish at no cost.

3

We make it

Approved, your part is cut on the laser, folded, welded and finished in-house — a single point of contact the whole way.

4

Fit or fitted

Collect from Andover or have it delivered. For larger architectural work we can arrange installation locally.
