We design, cut, weld and finish everything in-house at Unit 4 Brunel Gate, West Portway, Andover SP10 3SL. You're welcome to collect free of charge, Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, and we'll let you know the moment your order is ready to pick up.

Made-to-order shop items typically dispatch within 1–6 working days on a tracked 24 hour UK courier. Laser-cut parts usually turn around in 1–6 working days, and bespoke fabrication is quoted with a firm lead time, typically 1–3 weeks depending on scope. We offer rush services including next day where needed.

Smaller items ship on a tracked courier with carriage calculated at checkout by size and weight; larger or heavier fabrication goes on a tracked pallet service, quoted with your order. We deliver to mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland as standard. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may carry a surcharge, which we'll always confirm before you commit.

Mild (carbon) steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass, in sheet, plate, tube and box section. We are happy to cut free issue material, generally speaking if it is metal we can cut it (however we do not laser cut copper). We can advise on the best material for the job if needed. Powder coating in a wide range of RAL colours and textures (matt, satin, gloss, textured), finishes, and a natural raw-steel finish that's left to weather for an industrial look. Not sure what suits where the piece will live? Ask us, or see also our care guide.

Send a DXF, DWG or STEP file, or a dimensioned sketch. We quote cutting, folding, welding and finishing from one-off parts to repeat batches. For next-day cut-only flat parts, use Next Day Laser.

Yes. Our own software lets you track order progress and send revisions to existing quotes. See how the portal works.

For standard stock items, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery, then send them back within a further 14 days. You may examine an item as you would in a shop. Bespoke, made-to-order and personalised pieces are not returnable for a change of mind; your statutory rights on faulty or mis-described goods always apply. Full detail is on our returns page.

Shop prices include 20% UK VAT. Our VAT number is GB376221596 and a full VAT invoice is issued with every order, so registered businesses can reclaim it. Any customer can use the shop's VAT toggle to view ex-VAT pricing.

Card payment is taken securely at checkout.

Many of our signs, letters and wall-art pieces can be personalised with names, dates or your own wording. Add a note at checkout or message us with what you'd like and we'll confirm before we cut.
