We design, cut, weld and finish everything in-house at Unit 4 Brunel Gate, West Portway, Andover SP10 3SL. You're welcome to collect free of charge, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm — we'll let you know the moment your order is ready to pick up.

Made-to-order shop items typically dispatch within 3–5 working days on a tracked 24–48 hour UK courier. Laser-cut parts usually turn around in 2–5 working days, and bespoke fabrication is quoted with a firm lead time, typically 1–3 weeks depending on scope.

Smaller items ship on a tracked courier with carriage calculated at checkout by size and weight; larger or heavier fabrication goes on a tracked pallet service, quoted with your order. We deliver to mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland as standard — Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may carry a surcharge, which we'll always confirm before you commit.

Mild (carbon) steel, stainless steel and aluminium, in sheet, plate, tube and box section. Our shop range is mostly 1.5–3mm mild steel; for bespoke work we'll specify the right grade and thickness for the job. See our materials guide for the full picture.

Powder coating in a wide range of RAL colours and textures (matt, satin, gloss, hammered), brushed-and-lacquered bare steel, and a natural raw-steel finish that's left to weather for an industrial look. Not sure what suits where the piece will live? Ask us — see also our care guide.

Absolutely — bespoke fabrication is the heart of what we do. Send a DXF, DWG or STEP file, or even a hand sketch with dimensions, and we'll quote cutting, folding, welding and finishing. We produce everything from a single bracket to repeat production batches.

Many of our signs, letters and wall-art pieces can be personalised with names, dates or your own wording. Add a note at checkout or message us with what you'd like and we'll confirm before we cut.

Unused, resaleable stock items can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the goods value. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are cut specifically for you and aren't returnable unless faulty — but your statutory rights on faulty or mis-described goods always apply. Shop prices include 20% UK VAT. Our VAT number is GB376221596 and a full VAT invoice is issued with every order, so registered businesses can reclaim it. Trade accounts can view ex-VAT pricing.

Card payment is taken securely at checkout. Approved trade accounts can order on 30-day credit terms instead — see trade accounts.

Yes. Fabricators outsourcing cutting and folding, installers needing parts to order, and retailers reselling our range can all open a trade account for account-based pricing, priority production, a named contact and 30-day terms on approval.
