We deliver across the UK and offer free collection from our Andover workshop. Here's how delivery works, what it costs and the lead times you can expect — for shop orders and bespoke fabrication alike.
Your options
UK courier delivery
Smaller shop items ship on a tracked 24–48 hour courier service to mainland UK. Shipping is calculated at checkout by size and weight; you'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Pallet & freight
Larger or heavier fabrication goes out on a tracked pallet service. We'll quote carriage with your order and pack everything securely for transit — kerbside delivery as standard.
Free collection
Collect from Unit 4 Brunel Gate, West Portway, Andover SP10 3SL, free of charge, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm. We'll let you know the moment your order is ready.
Typical lead times
Lead times are confirmed with your order and depend on material availability and current workload.
Shop & stock items
Made-to-order homeware and standard products typically dispatch within 3–5 working days.
Laser-cut parts
Cut-only orders usually turn around in 2–5 working days — or next-day via Next Day Laser.
Bespoke fabrication
Cut, fold, weld and finished work is quoted with a firm lead time, typically 1–3 weeks depending on scope.

Packed for the journey
Metal parts deserve to arrive in the same condition they left the shop floor. We protect edges and finished surfaces, strap parts to pallets where needed, and pack to survive a courier network — so powder-coated and brushed finishes reach you unmarked.
If anything does arrive damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll put it right.
Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland as standard. Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and offshore addresses may carry a surcharge and a longer transit time — we'll confirm carriage before you commit.
