Getting your order to you.
We deliver across the UK and offer free collection from our Andover workshop. Here's how delivery works, what it costs and the lead times you can expect, for shop orders and bespoke fabrication alike.
Your options
UK courier delivery
We have daily courier pickups for smaller orders, with pricing calculated based on part size and weight. AM and weekend services are available.
Pallet & freight
Larger or heavier fabrication goes out on a tracked pallet service. We'll quote carriage with your order and pack everything securely for transit, kerbside delivery as standard. Shop fire pits and garden arches typically arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch; making time is additional.
Free collection
Collect from Unit 4 Brunel Gate, West Portway, Andover SP10 3SL, free of charge, Monday to Friday 8am–5pm. We'll let you know the moment your order is ready.
Typical lead times
Need something really fast? Get in touch, we offer a next day service!
Shop & stock items
Most shop products are made to order. Please allow 1–6 working days for making before dispatch.
Laser-cut parts
Sheet metal orders usually turn around in 1–6 working days. We also offer expedited options, including next-day services.
Bespoke fabrication
Larger more complex fabrication varies, but is generally around 1–3 weeks depending on scope.
Working on a deadline? Tell us when you need it and we'll always tell you honestly what we can commit to, and you can track your order progress live on our customer portal.
Packed for the journey
Your parts must arrive in the same condition they left the shop floor. We have years of experience sending heavy, awkward and fragile metal items on both parcels and pallets.
If anything does arrive damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll put it right.
Where we deliver
We deliver to mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland as standard. Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and offshore addresses may carry a surcharge and a longer transit time; we'll confirm carriage before you commit.
