How our gift cards work
Simple to give, simple to spend — on anything we make.
Choose an amount
Pick any value from £10 upward. Popular choices are £25, £50 and £100 — but it's entirely up to you.
We send the card
Receive a digital gift card by email to forward on, or ask for a printed card posted to you or the recipient.
They spend it
Redeemable across our shop range and bespoke commissions. Any balance left over stays on the card for next time.
Good to know
Amounts. Any value from £10. Inc VAT — there's nothing extra to pay.
Validity. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
What it covers. Everything we make — shop pieces and bespoke commissions alike. It doesn't cover delivery surcharges on pallet/freight orders.
Part-redemption. Spend a little or a lot; the remaining balance stays on the card until it's used or expires.
Non-refundable. Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash and aren't refundable, but they are transferable — pass them on freely.

Redeeming a gift card
Online checkout doesn't take gift-card codes just yet, so for now we issue and redeem cards by hand — it means we can also help with bespoke pieces at the same time.
To spend a card, place your order or describe your commission and quote your gift-card code when you get in touch or call the workshop. We'll apply the balance and confirm anything left to pay.
